In order to redeem your points, just call us at (402) 504-1100, or email one of us at (amy@foodcaddie.com) or (sean@foodcaddie.com ). We will deduct your points from your current order, email you a coupon code to use any time you wish, or send a gift certificate to someone else, if you prefer.
We attempt to have your food delivered to you in about an hour. We understand your hunger and you would like it as soon as possible. However, we can not control certain factors, despite our best efforts. These factors may include the time of day, weather, traffic, high volume of FoodCaddie or dine-in orders being handled by the restaurant, and the distance from the restaurant to the point of delivery. All of these factors may add time to your estimated time.

The easiest way to place an order is to do it online. If you are having trouble placing your order you can reach us at 402-504-1100 or send an email to support@foodcaddie.com. Please keep in mind that we have a $2.99 telephone order fee.
Our website allow you to customize your order as you wish. Some items have a "Special Instructions" box that will allow you to type in your request for that particular items. However, not all requests can be completed by the restaurant, and some requests may have an extra charge (i.e. extra cheese, sauces, meat, etc.).
Certainly, our website allows you to select your takeout or delivery date and time. You can place your order for today, tomorrow, or even months in advance!

You may choose one of the quick tips in the checkout screen, all of which can be modified up or down. Our drivers work hard to make sure that your order is delivered to you hot and fresh and on-time, while maintaining the highest safety standards.

However, if you prefer to personally hand our drivers their tip in cash, you may feel free to do so.

We accept corporate check, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover for both online and phone orders. We DO NOT accept cash or personal checks at this time. Corporate charges are available to qualified companies, click here for complete the online request form or contact us for more information.

We do not use traditional "credit card slips" with your online or phone order. Receipts are sent to you via email.

You can change any of your account information by going to the "My Account" link on the home page of our website. You may update your address(es), credit cards, phone numbers, etc.
Sometimes. Orders can ONLY be cancelled BEFORE we send the order to the restaurant. Once the restaurant has the order, we can not cancel the order.
This doesn't happen often, but if the restaurant is out of your item we will contact you to discuss a substitute for the item.
